The routine calibration of the tension load cell sensor helps to improve the accuracy. The specific degree of improvement is affected by the sensor itself and the installation structure, generally 0.05-1%. Before calibrating the sensor, we have to test the sensor wiring and installation. Then we start to calibrate the sensor. When the device is empty, the output of the sensor is calibrated to 0, and then add a weight that does not exceed the full range of the sensor, input the value into the meter at the same time, and press the calibration button on the meter when it stabilizes.
